- UPI Circle: A new capability from NPCI allowing users to delegate payment functions to trusted individuals, even those without bank accounts. The feature offers both Partial and Full Delegation options.
- UPI Vouchers (eRupi): Integration of eRupi for generating prepaid vouchers linked to mobile numbers. This facilitates digital payments for users without linked bank accounts.
- Clickpay QR Scan: Users can now scan customized QR codes within the app to pay bills, simplifying the bill payment process.
- Prepaid Utility Payments: A new feature enabling users to manage and make recurring payments for prepaid utility bills directly from Google Pay.
- Tap & Pay with RuPay Cards: RuPay cardholders can now add their cards to Google Pay and use tap-to-pay functionality with NFC-enabled smartphones.
